Yes, you will receive confirmation of your application. This request will then be processed by us into a quotation, which we will email you as soon as possible (max. 3 working days). That quotation remains valid for 14 days. You confirm the quotation by answering the e-mail with "for approval". The goods are only effectively reserved for you after receiving your e-mail.
